Fort Williams Park

Where it all started ...... in 2011 we opened our original Bite Into Maine food cart in this incredibly scenic and historic park. Just 10 minutes from downtown Portland, Fort Williams  houses the Portland Head Light, one of the most photographed lighthouses in the world.

If you are looking for the quintessential Maine experience....this is it, no matter what the weather or time of year. Ocean, lighthouse, and lobster rolls.

Other things to note: this location is a food truck. We are open seasonally from April-early November. While we try and stay open as scheduled here, we may have to close for weather.

We are unable to take preorders for this location. The park also has paid parking, however you can still park for free in the overflow flow lot which can be viewed on this map.

 

We recommend you leave plenty of time to walk around this park, visit the museum, take in the salty air. You won't be disppointed.
